About the event
This is a gentle, held space to slow everything down and come back to yourself.
We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a heart opening plant medicine that can help you soften, feel, and connect a little deeper. It is always optional and you can have as much or as little as feels right for you.
From there, you will be guided into a meditation to settle the mind and body, before moving into a sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The sound works in a subtle but powerful way, helping the nervous system relax and allowing your body to move into a more restful, open state.
During the session, I will also offer gentle hands on healing. This is always done with care and respect. You are welcome to receive this or simply rest in your own space.
