I'm Sarah, a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist based in beautiful Cumbria. I am incredibly passionate about the power of hypnotherapy, having experienced its life-changing effects first hand. After battling crippling anxiety myself, I turned to hypnotherapy and was amazed at the remarkable transformation I achieved in just six sessions. From being unable to leave the house, I confidently stood and spoke to hundreds of people at a seminar. This personal success story fuels my dedication to helping others overcome their own challenges.

Fees & Appointments

I am conveniently located at Crofton, just a short drive away from Carlisle, providing a comfortable and accessible space for face-to-face sessions. However, recognising that everyone has different preferences and circumstances, I also offer online sessions for those who prefer the convenience and flexibility of remote sessions.

To accommodate varying schedules, appointments can be arranged throughout the week and Saturdays, including early morning and late evening sessions.

The session fee is £60 per hypnotherapy session, and payment can be made conveniently via bank transfer at the time of booking.

I strongly believe that financial background should not be a barrier to receiving the support you need. What To Expect

What to Expect

Initial Consultation

Your journey into hypnotherapy begins with an in-depth conversation about your goals and what you hope to achieve from the treatment. During this discussion, I will explain how hypnotherapy works, particularly in relation to the subconscious mind. Together, we will explore the thought processes and belief systems that may be hindering your progress. Based on this understanding, I will develop a personalised plan using effective hypnosis techniques to facilitate long-lasting, positive change.

Following our conversation, I will guide you into a state of hypnosis, which is a deeply relaxing experience. Hypnosis allows your conscious mind to take a backseat, enabling your subconscious to become more open and receptive. Rest assured, hypnosis is a collaborative process, and you will only engage with suggestions that align with your comfort and consent. Hypnosis is not about mind control; instead, it is a state of beautiful relaxation. Some individuals may find their minds wandering during the process, while others prefer to attentively follow every word. There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis, as long as you remain open to the possibilities it offers.

At the conclusion of the session, you may receive specific techniques or exercises to practice in your daily life. However, in most cases, you will simply resume your regular activities, knowing that the powerful elements of the session are working behind the scenes at a deeper level within your subconscious mind.

Please allocate up to 1.5 hours for the initial session, as it allows ample time for our comprehensive conversation and the hypnotic experience.

Subsequent Sessions

During our follow-up sessions, we will begin by discussing the positive changes you have noticed since our last meeting. We will explore the progress you have made and identify any additional steps needed to achieve your treatment goals. Utilising a blend of hypnotherapy, coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, we will work together to deepen and reinforce these positive changes.

Depending on the nature of your specific concerns, our sessions may involve a reflective process where we delve into the underlying causes and make corrections as needed. Alternatively, we may focus on solution-oriented approaches, emphasising the development of more effective ways to achieve comfort and control in your life.

As we engage the power of your subconscious mind to perceive things from a fresh perspective, you may find that ideas and solutions spontaneously emerge between our sessions, often when you least expect them. This is because your subconscious already holds the wisdom to resolve your challenges; our role is to help unlock those solutions.

Please allocate approximately one hour for each subsequent session. This timeframe allows us to engage in meaningful discussions, apply targeted techniques, and ensure sufficient time for your personal growth and progress.

As you make your way to the clinic, please use the convenient coffee shop carpark, which is situated near the charming caravan and camping grounds. It is a short stroll from there to The Soul Space, where you will find respite from the outside world. Please note that parking outside The Soul Space itself is not available, ensuring that the atmosphere remains undisturbed and conducive to your wellbeing.
