About the event
This is a gentle, held space to slow everything down and come back to yourself.
Held in the heart of summer, the energy here is one of softness, warmth, and simply being. There is nothing to release and nothing to figure out, just a chance to rest, receive, and allow yourself to be held for a while.
We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a heart opening plant medicine that can help you soften and connect a little deeper. It is always optional and you can have as much or as little as feels right for you.
From there, you will be guided into a meditation to settle the mind and body, before moving into a sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments.
