On the evening of the New Moon we gather in the stillness to journey inward with sound.
A sound journey (sometimes known as a sound bath) is an immersive experience where the vibrations of instruments gently carry you into a state of deep relaxation, helping to quieten the mind and bring the body back into balance.
During this session, you will be bathed in the frequencies of planetary aligned crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments. Each bowl is tuned to mirror the vibration of celestial bodies such as the Earth’s yearly cycle (the OM tone, a frequency that supports grounding and connection), the Moon (linked to intuition and emotional flow), and other planetary resonances that align us with the wider cosmos.
