This is a gentle, held space to slow everything down and come back to yourself.
Held on the evening of the New Moon in Gemini, the energy is one of new beginnings, fresh perspective, and quiet intention setting. Before we begin, there will be a moment to pause and set a gentle intention, not from pressure, but from curiosity. A simple choosing of what you are ready to invite in.
You will then be guided into a one hour sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments, all tuned to planetary frequencies based on Hans Cousto’s Cosmic Octave. These frequencies work in a subtle but powerful way, helping the nervous system relax and allowing your body to move into a more restful, open state.
There is nothing you need to do during this time. You can lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive. Some people drift deeply…
