This is a gentle, held space to slow everything down and come back to yourself.
Held on the evening of the Full Moon, just as Mercury begins its retrograde journey, the energy is one of reflection, clarity, and release. Full Moons naturally bring things to the surface, thoughts, emotions, patterns, anything ready to be seen. With Mercury turning inward at the same time, there is an added invitation to pause, to listen more deeply, and to notice what is ready to shift.
Rather than pushing forward, this is a moment to soften and reflect. To gently let go of what no longer feels true, creating space for a clearer, more aligned way of thinking and being.
You will then be guided into a one hour sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments, all tuned to planetary frequencies based on Hans Cousto’s Cosmic Octave. These frequencies work…
