About the event
This is a gentle, held space to slow everything down and come back to yourself.
Held on the evening of Beltane and a Full Moon, the energy is one of release and renewal. A chance to let go of what feels heavy and reconnect with what feels alive within you.
We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a heart opening plant medicine that can help you soften and connect a little deeper. It is always optional and you can have as much or as little as feels right for you.
From there, you will be guided into a meditation to settle the mind and body, before moving into a sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong and other instruments. The sound works in a subtle but powerful way, helping the nervous system relax and allowing your body to move into a more restful, open state.
